JANUARY HAPPENINGS!

*Discovery Ensemble visits SBCA on Wednesday, January 13th  for a workshop for Grades 3 thru 5 and will be back on Friday, January 15th  for a concert that Grades 2 thru 8 will attend. The Ensemble consists of forty exceptional young musicians living in Boston, playing together as a chamber orchestra.

They are passionate about helping kids connect with and love classical music.

Discovery Ensemble is unique. By bringing a group of passionate young musicians into the students’ environment they maximize the impact music has on students’ lives. The workshops dispel the myth that classical music is boring and for old people. The kids at the workshops then come to the concert feeling invested in what is happening, which opens the door to a life enriched by music. Learn more about the Ensemble at www.discoveryensemble.com
