South Boston Catholic Academy does everything possible to keep Catholic education affordable for all families. The Academy’s continued operation is dependent on families making all tuition payments in a timely manner.

2 Children $ 8,800.00
3 Children $ 13,200.00
4 Children $ 17,600.00
K-1 Full Day $ 4,600.00
K- ½ Day $ 2,875.00
Preschool 5 Full Days $ 5,700.00
Preschool 5 Half Days $ 3,400.00
Preschool 3 Full Days $ 3,600.00
Preschool 3 Half Days $ 2,350.00

Family Discount:
Preschool Full Day or Half Day there is no discount.

Preschool Half Day with a grade student, the grade student will receivea $100 discount.Preschool Full Day with grade student, the grade student will receive a $200 discount.

Families with 2 or more grade students receive a $200 discount per student.

FACTS

To help you meet your educational expenses, South Boston Catholic Academy is pleased to offer FACTS e-Cashier by FACTS Management Company as a convenient way to budget your school tuition. E-Cashier Payment Plan is a tuition management plan that provides you with a low cost monthly or quarterly option for budgeting tuition. NEW this year  is an option through FACTS Tuition Management Company to use a credit card  Monthly payments along with a convenience fee (2.5% of total tuition) will be automatically charged to the card you designate.  Acceptable cards are American Express, Discover and MasterCard.  The convenience fee is in addition to a nonrefundable enrollment fee ($38).

Below are the three payment plans South Boston Catholic Academy offers:

Option A: Pay Tuition in full by July 5, 2011
Option B: F.A.C.T.S Tuition plan budgeted quarterly (July 5, October 5, January 5, April 5)
PLAN C:Plan D: F.A.C.T.S Tuition Plan budgeted monthly (11 Months) beginning July 5Credit Card:  This is a new option through FACTS Tuition Management Company.  Monthly payments along with a convenience fee (2.5% of total tuition) will be automatically charged to the card you designate.  Acceptable cards are American Express, Discover and MasterCard.  The convenience fee is in addition to a nonrefundable enrollment fee ($38).

Only new families and existing families that are not currently on the FACTS tuition payment plan with South Boston Catholic Academy need to register for ecashier. Families currently using the FACTS tuition plan should not register.

Once you register, you will be contacted by our Tuition Coordinator with your monthly payment amount for your approval.

Please note: July and August tuition payments need to be paid before your child can start school in September 2011.

 Parent Fundraising Responsibility:

In addition to tuition each family is required to fundraise a total of $300.00-Christmas Calendars ($200.00) in December - and spring raffle ($100.00). This fundraising fee may be added to your monthly payments through FACTS if you prefer to incorporate it into your tuition.

 Financial Aid: (Families need to re-apply every year)

Families of students in K2 (age 5) to Grade 8 are eligible for financial aid. There is no aid available for the Pre-K and K1 (age 3 and 4) students. In order to qualify each family must complete the FACTS Grant & Aid application. Eligibility is determined through the FACTS Tuition Aid program.  Notification will be mailed with your financial aid status and amount if any.  All tuition payments will be adjusted by our Tuition Coordinator.
